意大利ATOS葉片泵工作原理
ATOS葉(xie)(xie)片(pian)泵(beng),是(shi)轉子槽內的葉(xie)(xie)片(pian)與泵(beng)殼(ke)(定子環)相(xiang)接觸,將吸入的液體由(you)進油側(ce)壓(ya)向(xiang)排油側(ce)的泵(beng)。
ATOS葉片(pian)泵的工作原理:
ATOS葉片(pian)泵轉子旋轉時,葉片(pian)在(zai)離心力和壓力油(you)的作(zuo)用(yong)下,尖部緊貼(tie)在(zai)定子內(nei)表面(mian)上(shang)。這樣兩個葉片(pian)與轉子和定子內(nei)表面(mian)所(suo)構成的工作(zuo)容積,先由小(xiao)(xiao)到大吸(xi)油(you)后再由大到小(xiao)(xiao)排油(you),葉片(pian)旋轉一周時,完成兩次(ci)吸(xi)油(you)與排油(you)。
一、ATOS單作(zuo)用葉片泵的(de)工(gong)作(zuo)原理
ATOS葉片(pian)泵(beng)(beng)由轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)1、定(ding)(ding)子(zi)2、葉片(pian)3、配油(you)(you)盤和端蓋等部(bu)件(jian)所(suo)組成(cheng)。定(ding)(ding)子(zi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)內(nei)表(biao)面(mian)是(shi)(shi)圓(yuan)柱形(xing)(xing)孔。轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)和定(ding)(ding)子(zi)之間(jian)存在(zai)著偏(pian)心。葉片(pian)在(zai)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)槽(cao)內(nei)可(ke)靈(ling)活(huo)滑動(dong),在(zai)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)動(dong)時(shi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)離心力以及通(tong)(tong)入葉片(pian)根部(bu)壓(ya)力油(you)(you)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)用(yong)下,葉片(pian)頂部(bu)貼緊(jin)在(zai)定(ding)(ding)子(zi)內(nei)表(biao)面(mian)上(shang),于是(shi)(shi)兩相鄰葉片(pian)、配油(you)(you)盤、定(ding)(ding)子(zi)和轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)間(jian)便形(xing)(xing)成(cheng)了(le)一個(ge)個(ge)密(mi)封(feng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)工作(zuo)腔。當轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)按(an)逆時(shi)針方向(xiang)旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)時(shi),圖(tu)右側(ce)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)葉片(pian)向(xiang)外伸(shen)出,密(mi)封(feng)工作(zuo)腔容(rong)積(ji)逐漸增大,產生真空(kong),于是(shi)(shi)通(tong)(tong)過吸油(you)(you)口6和配油(you)(you)盤5上(shang)窗(chuang)口將油(you)(you)吸入。而在(zai)圖(tu)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)左(zuo)側(ce)。葉片(pian)往里縮進(jin),密(mi)封(feng)腔的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)容(rong)積(ji)逐漸縮小,密(mi)封(feng)腔中(zhong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)油(you)(you)液(ye)經配油(you)(you)盤另一窗(chuang)口和壓(ya)油(you)(you)口1被壓(ya)出而輸(shu)出到系統中(zhong)去。這種泵(beng)(beng)在(zai)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)一轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)過程中(zhong),吸油(you)(you)壓(ya)油(you)(you)各一次,故稱(cheng)單(dan)作(zuo)用(yong)泵(beng)(beng)。轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)受到徑向(xiang)液(ye)壓(ya)不平衡作(zuo)用(yong)力,故又(you)稱(cheng)非平衡式泵(beng)(beng),其軸承負載較大。改變(bian)定(ding)(ding)子(zi)和轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)間(jian)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)偏(pian)心量,便可(ke)改變(bian)泵(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)排量,故這種泵(beng)(beng)都(dou)是(shi)(shi)變(bian)量泵(beng)(beng)。
二、ATOS雙作用(yong)葉片泵的(de)工作原(yuan)理
它的(de)作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)原(yuan)理和(he)(he)單作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)葉(xie)片(pian)泵(beng)相似,不(bu)同之(zhi)處只(zhi)在(zai)(zai)(zai)于定(ding)子(zi)(zi)(zi)表面(mian)是由兩(liang)(liang)段(duan)長半(ban)徑(jing)圓(yuan)弧、兩(liang)(liang)段(duan)短半(ban)徑(jing)圓(yuan)弧和(he)(he)四段(duan)過渡(du)曲線八個部分組(zu)成(cheng),且定(ding)子(zi)(zi)(zi)和(he)(he)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)是同心的(de)。在(zai)(zai)(zai)圖示轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)順時針方向旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)的(de)情況下,密(mi)封工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)腔(qiang)的(de)容積在(zai)(zai)(zai)左(zuo)上角(jiao)(jiao)和(he)(he)右下角(jiao)(jiao)處逐(zhu)漸增大(da),為(wei)(wei)吸(xi)油(you)區(qu),在(zai)(zai)(zai)左(zuo)下角(jiao)(jiao)和(he)(he)右上角(jiao)(jiao)處逐(zhu)漸減小(xiao),為(wei)(wei)壓油(you)區(qu);吸(xi)油(you)區(qu)和(he)(he)壓油(you)區(qu)之(zhi)間有一段(duan)封油(you)區(qu)把它們隔開。這種泵(beng)的(de)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)每轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)一轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan),每個密(mi)封工作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)腔(qiang)完成(cheng)吸(xi)油(you)和(he)(he)壓油(you)動作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)各兩(liang)(liang)次,所以稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)雙作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)葉(xie)片(pian)泵(beng)。泵(beng)的(de)兩(liang)(liang)個吸(xi)油(you)區(qu)和(he)(he)兩(liang)(liang)個壓油(you)區(qu)是徑(jing)向對(dui)稱(cheng)的(de),作(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)(zuo)用(yong)在(zai)(zai)(zai)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)子(zi)(zi)(zi)上的(de)液壓力徑(jing)向平(ping)衡,所以又(you)稱(cheng)為(wei)(wei)平(ping)衡式葉(xie)片(pian)泵(beng)。
雙(shuang)作用葉片(pian)(pian)泵(beng)的(de)(de)瞬時流(liu)量是脈動(dong)的(de)(de),當(dang)葉片(pian)(pian)數為(wei)4的(de)(de)倍數時脈動(dong)率小。為(wei)此,雙(shuang)作用葉片(pian)(pian)泵(beng)的(de)(de)葉片(pian)(pian)數一般(ban)都取(qu)12或16。
ATOS葉片泵(beng)管(guan)理要點:
除需防(fang)干轉和過載、防(fang)吸入空氣和吸入真(zhen)空度過大(da)外,還(huan)應(ying)注意:
1.泵轉向(xiang)(xiang)改(gai)(gai)變,則其(qi)吸排方向(xiang)(xiang)也改(gai)(gai)變葉片泵都有規定(ding)的轉向(xiang)(xiang),不允許反。因為轉子(zi)葉槽(cao)(cao)有傾斜,葉片有倒角,葉片底部(bu)與(yu)排油腔(qiang)通(tong),配油盤上(shang)的節流槽(cao)(cao)和吸、排口是按既定(ding)轉向(xiang)(xiang)設計(ji)。可逆轉的葉片泵必須專門設計(ji)。
2.葉片泵裝(zhuang)(zhuang)配(pei) 配(pei)油(you)盤(pan)與(yu)定子用定位銷正確定位,葉片、轉子、配(pei)油(you)盤(pan)都(dou)不得裝(zhuang)(zhuang)反,定子內表(biao)面吸入區(qu)部分zui易(yi)磨損,必要時可將其翻(fan)轉安(an)裝(zhuang)(zhuang),以使原吸入區(qu)變為排(pai)出區(qu)而(er)繼續使用。
3.拆裝 注(zhu)意工作(zuo)表面清(qing)潔,工作(zuo)時油液應很(hen)好過濾。
4. 葉(xie)片在葉(xie)槽中的間隙太大會(hui)使漏泄增加,太小則葉(xie)片不能自(zi)由伸縮(suo),會(hui)導致工(gong)作失常。
5.葉片泵的軸向間隙 對ηv影響很大。
1)小型泵-0.015~0.03mm
2)中型泵-0.02~0.045mm
6.油液的溫度(du)(du)和粘度(du)(du) 一般不宜(yi)超(chao)過55℃,粘度(du)(du)要(yao)求(qiu)在(zai)17~37mm2/s之間。粘度(du)(du)太大則(ze)吸油困難;粘度(du)(du)太小(xiao)則(ze)漏泄嚴重(zhong)。
