ATOS電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)閥(fa)里(li)有(you)密閉(bi)的(de)腔,在不同(tong)(tong)位置開(kai)有(you)通(tong)(tong)孔,每個孔連接不同(tong)(tong)的(de)油(you)管,腔中間是(shi)活(huo)(huo)塞(sai),兩面(mian)是(shi)兩塊電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)鐵,哪(na)面(mian)的(de)磁(ci)(ci)鐵線圈通(tong)(tong)電(dian)(dian)閥(fa)體就(jiu)會被吸引(yin)到哪(na)邊,通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)控(kong)制閥(fa)體的(de)移動(dong)(dong)(dong)來(lai)(lai)開(kai)啟或關閉(bi)不同(tong)(tong)的(de)排油(you)孔,而(er)進(jin)油(you)孔是(shi)常(chang)開(kai)的(de),液壓(ya)油(you)就(jiu)會進(jin)入不同(tong)(tong)的(de)排油(you)管,然(ran)后(hou)通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)油(you)的(de)壓(ya)力來(lai)(lai)推動(dong)(dong)(dong)油(you)缸的(de)活(huo)(huo)塞(sai),活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)又帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)桿,活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)桿帶動(dong)(dong)(dong)機(ji)械裝置。這樣通(tong)(tong)過(guo)(guo)控(kong)制電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)(ci)鐵的(de)電(dian)(dian)流通(tong)(tong)斷就(jiu)控(kong)制了(le)機(ji)械運動(dong)(dong)(dong)。
ATOS電磁(ci)閥的(de)主要(yao)分類
1、ATOS電磁閥從原理上分(fen)為三大類:
1)直動式電磁閥:
ATOS電(dian)磁閥(fa)(fa)原理:通電(dian)時,電(dian)磁線圈(quan)產(chan)生電(dian)磁力把(ba)關(guan)閉(bi)件從閥(fa)(fa)座上提起,閥(fa)(fa)門打開;斷電(dian)時,電(dian)磁力消(xiao)失,彈簧把(ba)關(guan)閉(bi)件壓在(zai)閥(fa)(fa)座上,閥(fa)(fa)門關(guan)閉(bi)。
ATOS電磁閥特(te)點:在真空、負壓、零壓時能正常工作,但通徑一般(ban)不超過25mm。
2)分步直動式電磁閥:
ATOS電磁(ci)閥(fa)(fa)原理:它(ta)是(shi)一種(zhong)直(zhi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)和先(xian)導(dao)式相結合的原理,當入口(kou)與(yu)出口(kou)沒有壓(ya)(ya)(ya)差時(shi),通(tong)電后,電磁(ci)力(li)直(zhi)接把(ba)先(xian)導(dao)小(xiao)(xiao)閥(fa)(fa)和主(zhu)閥(fa)(fa)關閉件依次向上(shang)提起,閥(fa)(fa)門打開。當入口(kou)與(yu)出口(kou)達到啟(qi)動(dong)(dong)(dong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)差時(shi),通(tong)電后,電磁(ci)力(li)先(xian)導(dao)小(xiao)(xiao)閥(fa)(fa),主(zhu)閥(fa)(fa)下(xia)(xia)腔壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)上(shang)升,上(shang)腔壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)下(xia)(xia)降(jiang),從而利(li)用(yong)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)差把(ba)主(zhu)閥(fa)(fa)向上(shang)推開;斷電時(shi),先(xian)導(dao)閥(fa)(fa)利(li)用(yong)彈簧力(li)或介質壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)推動(dong)(dong)(dong)關閉件,向下(xia)(xia)移動(dong)(dong)(dong),使閥(fa)(fa)門關閉。
ATOS電磁閥(fa)特點:在零(ling)壓差或(huo)真(zhen)空、高壓時亦能可(ke)*動作,但功率(lv)較大,要求必須水平(ping)安裝(zhuang)。
3)先導式電磁閥:
ATOS電(dian)磁閥原理:通(tong)電(dian)時,電(dian)磁力把先導(dao)孔打(da)開(kai),上(shang)(shang)腔室壓(ya)力迅速(su)下(xia)降,在(zai)關(guan)(guan) 閉(bi)件周圍形成(cheng)上(shang)(shang)低下(xia)高的壓(ya)差(cha),流體(ti)(ti)壓(ya)力推動關(guan)(guan)閉(bi)件向(xiang)上(shang)(shang)移動,閥門打(da)開(kai);斷電(dian)時,彈(dan)簧力把先導(dao)孔關(guan)(guan)閉(bi),入(ru)口(kou)壓(ya)力通(tong)過旁通(tong)孔迅速(su)腔室在(zai)關(guan)(guan)閥件周圍形成(cheng)下(xia)低上(shang)(shang)高的壓(ya)差(cha),流體(ti)(ti)壓(ya)力推動關(guan)(guan)閉(bi)件向(xiang)下(xia)移動,關(guan)(guan)閉(bi)閥門。
ATOS電磁閥特點:流體(ti)壓力范圍上限較高,可任意安裝(zhuang)(需定制)但(dan)必須滿足(zu)流體(ti)壓差條件。

ATOS電磁閥選型依(yi)據(ju)
ATOS電磁(ci)閥選型首(shou)先(xian)應該依次遵(zun)循安全性(xing),可靠性(xing),適用性(xing),經(jing)濟性(xing)四大原 則,其(qi)次是根據六個方面的現場(chang)工(gong)況(kuang)(即(ji)管(guan)道參(can)數、流體參(can)數、壓力參(can)數、電氣參(can)數、動作方式、特殊要求進行選擇)。
ATOS電(dian)磁閥選型依據:
1、根據管道參數選(xuan)擇電(dian)磁(ci)閥的:通(tong)徑規格(即DN)、接口方(fang)式
1)按照現場管(guan)道內徑(jing)(jing)尺寸或流量要求(qiu)來確定通徑(jing)(jing)(DN)尺寸;
2)接口方式,一般>DN50要(yao)選擇(ze)法蘭接口,≤DN50則可根據用戶需要(yao)自由選擇(ze)。
2、根據流體(ti)參數(shu)選擇(ze)電(dian)磁閥的(de):材質、溫度組
1)腐(fu)蝕性流(liu)(liu)體:宜選用耐腐(fu)蝕電磁(ci)閥(fa)和(he)全(quan)不(bu)銹鋼;食用超凈流(liu)(liu)體:宜選用食品級(ji)不(bu)銹鋼材質電磁(ci)閥(fa);
2)高(gao)溫流體:要(yao)選擇(ze)采用耐高(gao)溫的(de)電工材料和密封材料制造的(de)電磁閥,而且要(yao)選擇(ze)活塞式結構(gou)類型的(de);
3)流體狀態(tai):大至有氣態(tai),液(ye)態(tai)或混合狀態(tai),特(te)別是口(kou)徑大于DN25時一定要區(qu)分開來;
4)流體粘度:通常在50cSt以(yi)下可任意選(xuan)擇,若超過此(ci)值,則要選(xuan)用高粘度電磁閥。
3、根據壓力參數選擇電磁(ci)閥的:原理和結(jie)構品種(zhong)
1)公(gong)稱壓力:這個參(can)數與(yu)其(qi)它通(tong)用閥門的含義是(shi)(shi)一樣的,是(shi)(shi)根據管道公(gong)稱壓力來定;
2)工作(zuo)壓(ya)力:如果工作(zuo)壓(ya)力低則(ze)必須選用直(zhi)動或分步直(zhi)動式原理;zui低工作(zuo)壓(ya)差(cha)在(zai)0.04Mpa以上時直(zhi)動式、分步直(zhi)動式、先導(dao)式均(jun)可選用。
4、電(dian)氣選擇:電(dian)壓規格應盡量優先選用(yong)AC220V、DC24較為方(fang)便(bian)。
5、根據(ju)持(chi)續(xu)工作(zuo)時間長(chang)短來選(xuan)擇:常(chang)閉、常(chang)開、或(huo)可持(chi)續(xu)通(tong)電
1)當電磁閥(fa)需要長時間開(kai)(kai)啟,并且持(chi)續(xu)的時間多于關閉的時間應選 用(yong)常開(kai)(kai)型;
2)要是開啟的(de)時(shi)(shi)間短或(huo)開和關的(de)時(shi)(shi)間不多時(shi)(shi),則選常閉(bi)型;
3)但(dan)是有些用(yong)于(yu)安全保護的(de)工況(kuang),如爐(lu)、窯火(huo)焰監測(ce),則(ze)不能選常(chang)開的(de),應選可長期通電型。
6、根據環境要求選擇(ze)輔助功能:防爆、止回、手動、防水(shui)(shui)霧、水(shui)(shui)淋、潛水(shui)(shui)。
