WIKA壓力變送器的選型規則
是一種將壓力轉換成氣動信號或電動信號進行控制和遠傳的設備。其工作原理是將水壓(ya)(ya)(ya)這種壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)的力(li)(li)學信號轉變成電(dian)(dian)(dian)流(4-20mA)這樣的電(dian)(dian)(dian)子(zi)信號壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)和(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)或(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流大(da)小成線性關系(xi)(xi),一般是正比關系(xi)(xi)。所以,變送(song)器輸出的電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)或(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流隨(sui)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)增大(da)而增大(da)由此(ci)得出一個壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)和(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)或(huo)電(dian)(dian)(dian)流的關系(xi)(xi)式壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)變送(song)器的被測介質的兩種壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)(li)通(tong)入高、低兩壓力室,低壓(ya)室壓(ya)力采(cai)用大(da)氣壓(ya)或真空(kong),作用在δ元(yuan)(即(ji)敏感元(yuan)件)的兩側(ce)隔離(li)膜片上,通過隔離(li)片和元(yuan)件內的填充液傳(chuan)送到(dao)測量膜片兩側(ce)。
產品性能:
1、使用被測(ce)介質廣泛,可測(ce)油、水及與(yu)316不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼和(he)304不(bu)銹(xiu)鋼兼容的(de)糊狀物,具有一定的(de)防(fang)腐能力;

的選型規則:
1.根據要測量壓力(li)的(de)類型
壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)類型主要有(you)表(biao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)、絕壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)、差(cha)(cha)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)等。表(biao)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)是指以大(da)氣為基(ji)準,小(xiao)于或大(da)于大(da)氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li);絕壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)是指以絕對壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)零(ling)位為基(ji)準,高于絕對壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li);差(cha)(cha)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)是指兩個壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)之(zhi)間(jian)的差(cha)(cha)值。
2.根(gen)據被(bei)測壓力量程
一般情況下(xia),按實際測(ce)量(liang)壓(ya)力為(wei)測(ce)量(liang)范圍的80%選取(qu)。
要考慮系(xi)(xi)統(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)最(zui)(zui)(zui)大壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力。一般來說,壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力變(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)器(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力范圍最(zui)(zui)(zui)大值應(ying)該(gai)達到系(xi)(xi)統(tong)最(zui)(zui)(zui)大壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力值的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)1.5倍。一些(xie)水壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)和過程控制,有壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力尖峰或者(zhe)連(lian)續的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)脈沖(chong)。這(zhe)(zhe)些(xie)尖峰可能會(hui)(hui)達到“最(zui)(zui)(zui)大"壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)5倍甚至(zhi)10倍,可能造(zao)成變(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)損(sun)壞(huai)。連(lian)續的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)高壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)脈沖(chong),接(jie)近或者(zhe)超過變(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)最(zui)(zui)(zui)大額定(ding)(ding)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力,會(hui)(hui)縮短變(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)實用壽命。但(dan)提高變(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)額定(ding)(ding)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力會(hui)(hui)犧牲變(bian)送(song)(song)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)分辨(bian)率。可以在系(xi)(xi)統(tong)中(zhong)使用緩沖(chong)器(qi)(qi)來減(jian)弱尖峰,這(zhe)(zhe)會(hui)(hui)降低傳(chuan)感器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)(de)響應(ying)速度。
壓(ya)(ya)力變(bian)(bian)(bian)送器一般設計成能在2億個周(zhou)期中(zhong)承受最大壓(ya)(ya)力而不會(hui)降低性(xing)能。在選擇(ze)變(bian)(bian)(bian)送器時可在系(xi)統性(xing)能與變(bian)(bian)(bian)送器壽命(ming)之間找到(dao)一個折中(zhong)的解決方案。
3.根據被(bei)測介質
按測量介(jie)質的不同,可分為干燥(zao)氣體、氣體液(ye)體、強腐蝕性(xing)液(ye)體、黏稠(chou)液(ye)體、高溫(wen)氣體液(ye)體等,根據不同的介(jie)質正(zheng)確(que)選型,有利于延長變(bian)送器(qi)的使用(yong)壽命。
4.根(gen)據系(xi)統的最大過載
系統的最大過(guo)載(zai)應小于變送器(qi)的過(guo)載(zai)保護極限,否則會影響變送器(qi)的使用壽命(ming)甚至(zhi)損壞變送器(qi)。通常壓(ya)力(li)變送器(qi)的安全過(guo)載(zai)壓(ya)力(li)為滿(man)量(liang)程(cheng)的2倍。
5.根(gen)據需要的準確度(du)等級(ji)
變(bian)送器的測量(liang)(liang)誤差(cha)按準(zhun)確度等級進行(xing)劃分(fen),不同的準(zhun)確度對應不同的基本誤差(cha)限(以滿量(liang)(liang)程(cheng)輸出的百分(fen)數表(biao)示)。實際應用(yong)中(zhong),根(gen)據測量(liang)(liang)誤差(cha)的控制要求并(bing)本著使(shi)用(yong)經濟的原則進行(xing)選擇(ze)。
6.根據系統工作溫度范圍

7.根據測量(liang)介質(zhi)與接觸(chu)材質(zhi)的(de)兼容(rong)性
在某些(xie)測(ce)量場合,測(ce)量介質具(ju)有腐蝕性(xing),此時需選用與測(ce)量介質兼容的(de)材料或進(jin)行(xing)特殊(shu)的(de)工(gong)藝處理,確保(bao)變送器不(bu)被損壞。
8.根據壓力接(jie)口形式
通常以螺紋連接(M20×1.5)為標準接口(kou)形(xing)式。
9.根據供電(dian)電(dian)源和輸出信號
通(tong)常壓力變送(song)器采用(yong)直流(liu)電源(yuan)供(gong)(gong)電,提供(gong)(gong)多種輸出(chu)信號選擇,包括4~20mA.DC;、0~5V.DC、1~5V.DC、0~10mA.DC等(deng),可以有232或485數字輸出(chu)。
10.根據現場(chang)工作環(huan)境情況(kuang)及(ji)其他
