液壓技術助力(li)農機發展(zhan) 奮力(li)建(jian)設“中國制造2025 工業4.0時代”
中(zhong)國農(nong)機(ji)液(ye)壓技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)高峰論壇在武漢(han)博覽中(zhong)心召(zhao)開時,以“液(ye)壓技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu) 助力農(nong)機(ji)”為主題,特邀(yao)行(xing)業專家學者(zhe)、液(ye)壓件及農(nong)機(ji),響(xiang)應國家《中(zhong)國制造2025》戰略,共同梳理液(ye)壓技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)發展路線,推動液(ye)壓技(ji)(ji)術(shu)(shu)(shu)在農(nong)機(ji)中(zhong)的(de)應用。
國(guo)內液壓專家(jia)、工(gong)程師、現(xian)任中(zhong)國(guo)液壓氣動(dong)密(mi)封工(gong)業協會(hui)(hui)特(te)別顧問王(wang)長江(jiang),在本次(ci)高峰論壇(tan)中(zhong)暢談液壓技術在農(nong)機(ji)上的(de)應用及其發展趨(qu)勢,指出(chu)本次(ci)展會(hui)(hui)和(he)相關論壇(tan)應該是(shi)農(nong)業的(de)實質性發展新起點,要(yao)做到“說”到“做”的(de)跨步。還提出(chu)“農(nong)業機(ji)械的(de)新時代(dai)”概念,指出(chu)農(nong)業的(de)目的(de)不(bu)僅是(shi)減(jian)輕(qing)農(nong)民的(de)勞動(dong)力(li),更(geng)是(shi)為了取得(de)更(geng)大的(de)經濟(ji)效益,全面進入(ru)以運動(dong)控制智(zhi)能化(hua)、機(ji)器信息智(zhi)能化(hua)為重要(yao)標定的(de)“工(gong)業4.0時代(dai)“。
王長(chang)江針對(dui)電子化液(ye)壓(ya)元件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)和系統(tong)(tong)發(fa)展(zhan)進(jin)行(xing)專(zhuan)業(ye)分析,指出電子化液(ye)壓(ya)元件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)需要實現全部電子控(kong)(kong)制(zhi),液(ye)壓(ya)系統(tong)(tong)全部無(wu)線(xian)網絡(luo)化。傳統(tong)(tong)液(ye)壓(ya)轉(zhuan)向器存在(zai)著無(wu)法(fa)實現線(xian)控(kong)(kong)轉(zhuan)向、擺線(xian)結構容積效率低和無(wu)法(fa)智能控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)等(deng)諸多不足,不能滿足未來農(nong)業(ye)機械的(de)發(fa)展(zhan)需求(qiu),面臨全面升級(ji)甚至整體換代。并(bing)為中(zhong)國液(ye)壓(ya)行(xing)業(ye)設(she)定發(fa)展(zhan)總目標,即(ji)實現元器件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)電控(kong)(kong)化、控(kong)(kong)制(zhi)化、機器網絡(luo)化、系統(tong)(tong)多電化、電控(kong)(kong)韌件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)化和軟件(jian)(jian)(jian)(jian)app化的(de)“中(zhong)國制(zhi)造2025 液(ye)壓(ya)行(xing)業(ye)互聯網+”宏偉目標。
來自華德(de)液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)的(de)葉榮科(ke)作(zuo)為液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)企(qi)業代(dai)表之一(yi),發表“液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)閥(fa)及集成技術(shu)在(zai)農(nong)(nong)業機(ji)械(xie)中的(de)應用”演(yan)講,表示要用液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)電控(kong)(kong)技術(shu)促進(jin)農(nong)(nong)機(ji)自動化,提(ti)高(gao)(gao)農(nong)(nong)機(ji)生產效(xiao)率、使(shi)用經濟性(xing)和運作(zuo)性(xing)能,使(shi)農(nong)(nong)機(ji)更適(shi)用于農(nong)(nong)業的(de)要求;提(ti)高(gao)(gao)農(nong)(nong)機(ji)操作(zuo)性(xing)能和自動化程度(du),降(jiang)低駕駛員勞動強度(du);提(ti)高(gao)(gao)控(kong)(kong)制精(jing)度(du),解決機(ji)械(xie)式液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)控(kong)(kong)制存在(zai)的(de)摩擦、間隙(xi)、撓(nao)度(du)等(deng)問題,便于實現機(ji)器性(xing)能監測、優化匹配和故障診斷(duan)等(deng)綜(zong)合性(xing)工作(zuo)。
