ATOS放(fang)大器基本結構
輸入待(dai)測(ce)信號(hao),經(jing)放大和(he)帶通(tong)濾波(bo)后與參考信號(hao)共同(tong)輸入乘法(fa)器得到的結果再(zai)通(tong)過低通(tong)濾波(bo)器濾波(bo)后輸出。
ATOS放大器主要原理
鎖相放大器實(shi)際上是(shi)一(yi)個(ge)模擬的傅(fu)立葉變換(huan)器,鎖相放大器的輸(shu)出是(shi)一(yi)個(ge)直(zhi)流電壓(ya),正比于(yu)是(shi)輸(shu)入信號中某一(yi)特定頻(pin)率(參數輸(shu)入頻(pin)率)的信號幅值。而輸(shu)入信號中的其他頻(pin)率成(cheng)分將不(bu)能對輸(shu)出電壓(ya)構成(cheng)任(ren)何貢(gong)獻(xian)。
兩個(ge)正弦信號,頻率都為1Hz,有90度相(xiang)位差,用乘法器相(xiang)乘得到的(de)結果是一個(ge)有直流(liu)偏量(liang)的(de)正弦信號。
如果(guo)(guo)是一個(ge)1Hz和一個(ge)1.1Hz的信號相乘(cheng),用乘(cheng)法器相乘(cheng)得到的結果(guo)(guo)是輪廓為(wei)正弦的調制信號,直流偏量為(wei)0。
只(zhi)有與參(can)考信(xin)(xin)號頻率(lv)*一(yi)致的(de)(de)信(xin)(xin)號才能在乘法(fa)器(qi)(qi)輸(shu)出(chu)端得到直流(liu)偏量(liang),其他信(xin)(xin)號在輸(shu)出(chu)端都是交流(liu)信(xin)(xin)號。如果在乘法(fa)器(qi)(qi)的(de)(de)輸(shu)出(chu)端加一(yi)個低通濾波器(qi)(qi),那么所有的(de)(de)交流(liu)信(xin)(xin)號分(fen)量(liang)全部被(bei)濾掉(diao),剩下的(de)(de)直流(liu)分(fen)量(liang)就只(zhi)是正比于輸(shu)入信(xin)(xin)號中的(de)(de)特定頻率(lv)的(de)(de)信(xin)(xin)號分(fen)量(liang)的(de)(de)幅值(zhi)。

ATOS放大器(qi)主要(yao)用(yong)(yong)于檢(jian)測信(xin)(xin)噪(zao)比(bi)很低的微弱(ruo)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)。即使有用(yong)(yong)的信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)被淹沒在噪(zao)聲(sheng)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)里面,即使噪(zao)聲(sheng)信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)比(bi)有用(yong)(yong)的信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)大很多(duo),只要(yao)知道有用(yong)(yong)的信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)的頻(pin)率值,就能準確地測量出這個信(xin)(xin)號(hao)(hao)的幅值。
