光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)傳(chuan)感器(qi)是(shi)采用光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)元件(jian)(jian)作(zuo)為檢測元件(jian)(jian)的傳(chuan)感器(qi)。它首先把被測量(liang)的變化(hua)轉換成(cheng)(cheng)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)信號(hao)的變化(hua),然(ran)后(hou)借助(zhu)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)元件(jian)(jian)進一步將光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)信號(hao)轉換成(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)信號(hao)。光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)傳(chuan)感器(qi)一般由光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)源、光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)學(xue)通(tong)路(lu)和光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)元件(jian)(jian)三(san)部分(fen)組(zu)成(cheng)(cheng)。把被測量(liang)的變化(hua)轉換成(cheng)(cheng)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)信號(hao)的變化(hua),然(ran)后(hou)借助(zhu)光(guang)(guang)(guang)(guang)電(dian)(dian)(dian)元件(jian)(jian)進一步將非電(dian)(dian)(dian)信號(hao)轉換成(cheng)(cheng)電(dian)(dian)(dian)信號(hao)。
