ATOS比例閥對(dui)流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制可以(yi)分為兩種(zhong):一(yi)種(zhong)是(shi)(shi)開關(guan)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制:要(yao)么全開、要(yao)么全關(guan),流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)要(yao)么zui大、要(yao)么zui小(xiao),沒有(you)中間狀態,如普(pu)通(tong)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)磁直通(tong)閥(fa)(fa)、電(dian)(dian)磁換(huan)向閥(fa)(fa)、電(dian)(dian)液換(huan)向閥(fa)(fa)。另一(yi)種(zhong)是(shi)(shi)連續(xu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制:閥(fa)(fa)口可以(yi)根據需要(yao)打開任意(yi)一(yi)個(ge)開度,由(you)此控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制通(tong)過(guo)流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)大小(xiao),這類閥(fa)(fa)有(you)手動(dong)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制的(de)(de),如節流(liu)(liu)閥(fa)(fa),也有(you)電(dian)(dian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)的(de)(de),如比例(li)閥(fa)(fa)、伺服閥(fa)(fa)。所以(yi)使用比例(li)閥(fa)(fa)或伺服閥(fa)(fa)的(de)(de)目的(de)(de)就(jiu)是(shi)(shi):以(yi)電(dian)(dian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)方式實現對(dui)流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)的(de)(de)節流(liu)(liu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制(當然(ran)經過(guo)結構上的(de)(de)改(gai)動(dong)也可實現壓力(li)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制等),既然(ran)是(shi)(shi)節流(liu)(liu)控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制,就(jiu)必然(ran)有(you)能(neng)量(liang)(liang)損(sun)失(shi),伺服閥(fa)(fa)和其(qi)它(ta)閥(fa)(fa)不同的(de)(de)是(shi)(shi),它(ta)的(de)(de)能(neng)量(liang)(liang)損(sun)失(shi)更大一(yi)些,因為它(ta)需要(yao)一(yi)定(ding)的(de)(de)流(liu)(liu)量(liang)(liang)來維持前置級控(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)(kong)制油路的(de)(de)工作。 ATOS比例閥和伺服閥的區別 主要體現在以(yi)下(xia)幾點: 1.驅動裝置(zhi)(zhi)不同。比例閥的驅動裝置(zhi)(zhi)是比例電(dian)磁鐵;伺服閥的驅動裝置(zhi)(zhi)是力(li)馬達或力(li)矩(ju)馬達; 2.性能參數不同(tong)。滯環(huan)、中位死區、頻寬、過濾精(jing)度(du)等特性不同(tong),因此應用場(chang)合不同(tong),伺服閥(fa)和伺服比(bi)例閥(fa)主(zhu)要應用在閉環(huan)控制系(xi)(xi)統,其(qi)它(ta)結構的比(bi)例閥(fa)主(zhu)要應用在開環(huan)控系(xi)(xi)統及閉環(huan)速度(du)控制系(xi)(xi)統; - 伺服閥中位(wei)沒有(you)死區,比例閥有(you)中位(wei)死區;
- 伺(si)服閥的(de)頻(pin)響(響應頻(pin)率)更(geng)高,可以高達(da)200Hz左右,比例(li)閥一般zui高幾十Hz;
- 伺服閥(fa)對液(ye)壓油液(ye)的要(yao)求更高,需要(yao)精過濾才行,否則容易堵塞,比(bi)例閥(fa)要(yao)求低一(yi)些;
