2)接(jie)(jie)口方式,一(yi)般>DN50要(yao)選擇(ze)法蘭接(jie)(jie)口,≤DN50則(ze)可(ke)根據用戶需(xu)要(yao)自(zi)由選擇(ze)。 2、根據(ju)流體參(can)數選擇電(dian)磁閥的:材質、溫度(du)組 1)腐蝕(shi)性流體:宜選(xuan)用耐腐蝕(shi)電(dian)磁(ci)閥和全(quan)不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼;食(shi)用超凈流體:宜選(xuan)用食(shi)品級不(bu)(bu)銹(xiu)鋼材質電(dian)磁(ci)閥; 2)高(gao)溫(wen)流(liu)體:要(yao)選(xuan)擇采用耐高(gao)溫(wen)的(de)電(dian)工材(cai)料和(he)密封材(cai)料制造(zao)的(de)電(dian)磁閥(fa),而且(qie)要(yao)選(xuan)擇活塞式結構類型(xing)的(de); 3)流體狀(zhuang)態(tai):大(da)至有氣態(tai),液(ye)態(tai)或混合狀(zhuang)態(tai),特別是(shi)口徑大(da)于DN25時一定要區分開來(lai); 4)流體粘度:通常在(zai)50cSt以下可任意選擇,若超過(guo)此值(zhi),則要選用高粘度電磁(ci)閥。 3、根據壓(ya)力參數選(xuan)擇電(dian)磁(ci)閥的:原理(li)和結構品(pin)種 1)公稱壓力(li):這個參(can)數與(yu)其它通用閥門的含義是一樣的,是根據管(guan)道公稱壓力(li)來定; 2)工(gong)作(zuo)壓(ya)力:如果工(gong)作(zuo)壓(ya)力低則(ze)必須選(xuan)用直(zhi)動(dong)(dong)或(huo)分步(bu)直(zhi)動(dong)(dong)式(shi)原理;zui低工(gong)作(zuo)壓(ya)差在0.04Mpa以上時直(zhi)動(dong)(dong)式(shi)、分步(bu)直(zhi)動(dong)(dong)式(shi)、先導式(shi)均可(ke)選(xuan)用。 4、電氣選擇:電壓規格應盡量優先選用AC220V、DC24較(jiao)為方便。 5、根據持(chi)續(xu)工作時間長短(duan)來(lai)選(xuan)擇:常閉、常開、或可持(chi)續(xu)通電 1)當電(dian)磁閥需要長時間開(kai)啟,并且持續的時間多于關閉的時間應選 用常(chang)開(kai)型(xing); 2)要是(shi)開(kai)(kai)啟的(de)時間短或開(kai)(kai)和關的(de)時間不多時,則(ze)選常(chang)閉型; 3)但是有些(xie)用于安全(quan)保(bao)護的(de)(de)工況,如爐(lu)、窯(yao)火(huo)焰監(jian)測(ce),則不能選常開的(de)(de),應選可長期通電型。 6、根據環境要求選(xuan)擇輔助功能(neng):防爆、止回、手動、防水(shui)霧、水(shui)淋、潛(qian)水(shui)。 |
