機械分類 單柱塞泵 結(jie)構組成(cheng)主要(yao)有(you)偏心輪(lun)、柱(zhu)(zhu)塞(sai)、彈簧、缸體(ti)、兩個單向(xiang)閥。柱(zhu)(zhu)塞(sai)與缸體(ti)孔之(zhi)間形成(cheng)密閉容積(ji)。偏心輪(lun)旋轉一(yi)(yi)轉,柱(zhu)(zhu)塞(sai)上下往復運(yun)動一(yi)(yi)次,向(xiang)下運(yun)動吸(xi)油,向(xiang)上運(yun)動排(pai)油。泵每轉一(yi)(yi)轉排(pai)出的油液體(ti)積(ji)稱為排(pai)量,排(pai)量只(zhi)與泵的結(jie)構參(can)數有(you)關。 臥式柱塞泵 乳(ru)化(hua)液(ye)(ye)泵(beng)用于采煤工(gong)作面,為液(ye)(ye)壓支架提供乳(ru)化(hua)液(ye)(ye),工(gong)作原理靠曲軸的旋(xuan)轉帶動活塞做往復運(yun)動,實現吸液(ye)(ye)和排(pai)液(ye)(ye)。 軸向式 軸向柱(zhu)塞(sai)泵(beng)(beng)(英文名:Piston pump)是(shi)活塞(sai)或柱(zhu)塞(sai)的(de)(de)往復運(yun)動方向與缸(gang)體中心軸平行的(de)(de)柱(zhu)塞(sai)泵(beng)(beng)。軸向柱(zhu)塞(sai)泵(beng)(beng)利用與傳(chuan)動軸平行的(de)(de)柱(zhu)塞(sai)在柱(zhu)塞(sai)孔內往復運(yun)動所產生的(de)(de)容(rong)積變化來進行工作的(de)(de)。由于柱(zhu)塞(sai)和柱(zhu)塞(sai)孔都是(shi)圓形零件,加工時可以(yi)達到(dao)很高的(de)(de)精度配合,因此容(rong)積效(xiao)率(lv)高。 直軸斜盤式 直軸(zhou)斜盤式柱塞泵分為壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)供油型和自吸油型兩種。壓(ya)(ya)(ya)力(li)供油型液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)泵大都是(shi)采用有(you)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)的油箱,靠氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)供油的液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)油箱,在每次(ci)啟(qi)動機器之后,必須等液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)漬箱達(da)到使用氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)后,才能(neng)操作機械。如液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)油箱的氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)不足(zu)時就(jiu)啟(qi)動機器,會對液壓(ya)(ya)(ya)泵內(nei)(nei)的與滑(hua)靴造成拉脫現(xian)象(xiang),出會造成泵體(ti)內(nei)(nei)回程板與壓(ya)(ya)(ya)板的非(fei)正(zheng)常磨(mo)損(sun)。 徑向式
