結構(gou)組成主要有偏心輪、柱塞、彈簧、缸體、兩個單向(xiang)閥。柱塞與缸體孔之間(jian)形成密閉容(rong)積。偏心輪旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)一轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan),柱塞上下往(wang)復運(yun)動一次,向(xiang)下運(yun)動吸油,向(xiang)上運(yun)動排油。泵(beng)每轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)一轉(zhuan)(zhuan)(zhuan)排出的(de)油液體積稱為排量,排量只與泵(beng)的(de)結構(gou)參數(shu)有關。 臥式柱塞泵 臥(wo)(wo)式(shi)柱塞(sai)泵是(shi)由幾個柱塞(sai)(一(yi)般為3個或6個)并列安裝,用(yong)1根曲軸通過連桿滑(hua)塊或由偏(pian)心軸直接推動柱塞(sai)做往復運動,實現吸、排(pai)液體的液壓泵。它們也都(dou)(dou)采用(yong)閥(fa)式(shi)配流裝置(zhi),而且大多為定量泵。煤礦液壓支架系統中的乳化液泵一(yi)般都(dou)(dou)是(shi)臥(wo)(wo)式(shi)柱塞(sai)泵。 乳(ru)化(hua)液泵用于(yu)采煤工作(zuo)面(mian),為(wei)液壓(ya)支(zhi)架提供乳(ru)化(hua)液,工作(zuo)原理靠曲(qu)軸的旋轉帶動(dong)(dong)活塞做(zuo)往復運動(dong)(dong),實現吸液和排(pai)液。 軸向式 軸向(xiang)柱塞(sai)(sai)(sai)泵(英文名:Piston pump)是活塞(sai)(sai)(sai)或柱塞(sai)(sai)(sai)的(de)(de)往復運(yun)(yun)動方(fang)向(xiang)與(yu)缸體(ti)中(zhong)心軸平行(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)柱塞(sai)(sai)(sai)泵。軸向(xiang)柱塞(sai)(sai)(sai)泵利用(yong)與(yu)傳動軸平行(xing)(xing)的(de)(de)柱塞(sai)(sai)(sai)在柱塞(sai)(sai)(sai)孔(kong)內往復運(yun)(yun)動所(suo)產生的(de)(de)容積變化來進行(xing)(xing)工作(zuo)的(de)(de)。由于柱塞(sai)(sai)(sai)和柱塞(sai)(sai)(sai)孔(kong)都是圓形(xing)零件,加工時可以達到很高(gao)的(de)(de)精度配合,因此容積效(xiao)率高(gao)。 直軸斜盤式 直軸(zhou)斜盤式柱(zhu)塞(sai)泵分為(wei)壓(ya)力(li)(li)供(gong)油(you)(you)型和自(zi)吸油(you)(you)型兩種。壓(ya)力(li)(li)供(gong)油(you)(you)型液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)泵大都是采用有氣壓(ya)的(de)油(you)(you)箱(xiang),靠氣壓(ya)供(gong)油(you)(you)的(de)液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)油(you)(you)箱(xiang),在每(mei)次啟動機(ji)器之后(hou),必須等液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)漬箱(xiang)達到(dao)使(shi)用氣壓(ya)后(hou),才能操(cao)作(zuo)機(ji)械(xie)。如液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)油(you)(you)箱(xiang)的(de)氣壓(ya)不足時就啟動機(ji)器,會對液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)泵內的(de)與(yu)滑靴造成(cheng)拉脫現象,出(chu)會造成(cheng)泵體內回程板(ban)與(yu)壓(ya)板(ban)的(de)非正常(chang)磨損。 徑向式 液壓式 液(ye)壓(ya)柱塞泵(beng)靠氣壓(ya)供(gong)油(you)的液(ye)壓(ya)油(you)箱(xiang),在每次啟動機器后,必須(xu)等液(ye)壓(ya)油(you)箱(xiang)達到使用(yong)氣壓(ya)后,才能(neng)操作(zuo)機械。直軸斜盤式柱塞泵(beng)分為壓(ya)力(li)供(gong)油(you)型(xing)(xing)的自吸油(you)型(xing)(xing)兩種。壓(ya)力(li)供(gong)油(you)型(xing)(xing)液(ye)壓(ya)泵(beng)大都采(cai)用(yong)有(you)氣壓(ya)的油(you)箱(xiang),也有(you)液(ye)壓(ya)泵(beng)本身(shen)帶(dai)有(you)補油(you)分泵(beng)向(xiang)液(ye)壓(ya)泵(beng)進油(you)口(kou)提供(gong)壓(ya)力(li)油(you)的。自吸油(you)型(xing)(xing)液(ye)壓(ya)泵(beng)的自吸油(you)能(neng)力(li)很強,無需外力(li)供(gong)油(you)。
