機械分類 柱(zhu)塞(sai)泵(beng)(beng)一般分(fen)為單柱(zhu)塞(sai)泵(beng)(beng)、臥式柱(zhu)塞(sai)泵(beng)(beng)、軸向柱(zhu)塞(sai)泵(beng)(beng)和(he)徑(jing)向柱(zhu)塞(sai)泵(beng)(beng)。 單柱塞泵 結(jie)(jie)構組成(cheng)主要有偏心(xin)輪、柱塞、彈簧、缸(gang)體、兩個單向閥。柱塞與缸(gang)體孔之間形成(cheng)密閉容積。偏心(xin)輪旋轉(zhuan)(zhuan)一(yi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan),柱塞上(shang)下往復運動(dong)一(yi)次,向下運動(dong)吸油(you),向上(shang)運動(dong)排(pai)油(you)。泵每(mei)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)一(yi)轉(zhuan)(zhuan)排(pai)出的(de)油(you)液體積稱為排(pai)量,排(pai)量只與泵的(de)結(jie)(jie)構參數有關。 臥式柱塞泵 臥(wo)式(shi)柱塞泵是(shi)由幾個(ge)柱塞(一般為3個(ge)或(huo)6個(ge))并(bing)列(lie)安裝(zhuang),用1根(gen)曲(qu)軸通(tong)過連桿(gan)滑塊(kuai)或(huo)由偏心軸直接(jie)推動柱塞做(zuo)往復運動,實現吸、排(pai)液體的(de)液壓泵。它們也都采用閥(fa)式(shi)配流(liu)裝(zhuang)置,而且大多為定(ding)量(liang)泵。煤礦(kuang)液壓支架系統中的(de)乳化液泵一般都是(shi)臥(wo)式(shi)柱塞泵。 乳(ru)化液(ye)(ye)泵用于采煤工作面(mian),為液(ye)(ye)壓(ya)支架提供乳(ru)化液(ye)(ye),工作原理靠(kao)曲軸的旋轉(zhuan)帶動活塞做往(wang)復(fu)運(yun)動,實(shi)現吸(xi)液(ye)(ye)和排液(ye)(ye)。 軸向式 軸向柱(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)泵(beng)(英文名:Piston pump)是活塞(sai)(sai)或柱(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)的往(wang)復(fu)(fu)運(yun)動方(fang)向與缸體(ti)中心軸平行的柱(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)泵(beng)。軸向柱(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)泵(beng)利用與傳動軸平行的柱(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)在柱(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)孔內往(wang)復(fu)(fu)運(yun)動所產生的容(rong)積變化來進行工(gong)作的。由于柱(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)和(he)柱(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)孔都是圓形(xing)零件,加(jia)工(gong)時可以達到很高的精度配合,因此容(rong)積效率高。 直軸斜盤式 直軸斜盤式柱塞泵分為(wei)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)供(gong)油(you)型(xing)和自吸油(you)型(xing)兩種。壓(ya)(ya)力(li)供(gong)油(you)型(xing)液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)泵大(da)都是采用(yong)有(you)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)的油(you)箱,靠氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)供(gong)油(you)的液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)油(you)箱,在每次啟動機器之(zhi)后(hou),必須等液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)漬(zi)箱達到使(shi)用(yong)氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)后(hou),才能(neng)操(cao)作(zuo)機械。如液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)油(you)箱的氣(qi)(qi)壓(ya)(ya)不足時就啟動機器,會(hui)對液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)泵內的與(yu)滑靴造成(cheng)拉脫現象,出(chu)會(hui)造成(cheng)泵體內回程板與(yu)壓(ya)(ya)板的非正常磨損(sun)。 徑向式 徑向(xiang)柱塞(sai)(sai)泵(beng)(beng)可分為閥配流與軸(zhou)(zhou)配流兩大類(lei)。閥配流徑向(xiang)柱塞(sai)(sai)泵(beng)(beng)存(cun)在(zai)(zai)故障(zhang)率高(gao)(gao)、效率低等缺點。上70、80年代(dai)發展的(de)(de)(de)(de)軸(zhou)(zhou)配流徑向(xiang)柱塞(sai)(sai)泵(beng)(beng)克(ke)服了(le)閥配流徑向(xiang)柱塞(sai)(sai)泵(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)不足(zu)。由于徑向(xiang)泵(beng)(beng)結(jie)(jie)構上的(de)(de)(de)(de)特(te)點,固定了(le)軸(zhou)(zhou)配流徑向(xiang)柱塞(sai)(sai)泵(beng)(beng)比軸(zhou)(zhou)向(xiang)柱塞(sai)(sai)泵(beng)(beng)耐沖(chong)擊(ji)(ji)、壽命長(chang)、控(kong)(kong)制精度高(gao)(gao)。變(bian)(bian)量(liang)行(xing)(xing)程(cheng)短泵(beng)(beng)的(de)(de)(de)(de)變(bian)(bian)量(liang)是(shi)在(zai)(zai)變(bian)(bian)量(liang)柱塞(sai)(sai)和限位柱塞(sai)(sai)作用下,改(gai)變(bian)(bian)定子(zi)的(de)(de)(de)(de)偏(pian)(pian)心距(ju)(ju)實現的(de)(de)(de)(de),而定于的(de)(de)(de)(de)zui大偏(pian)(pian)心距(ju)(ju)為
