pump)是活塞(sai)(sai)(sai)或柱(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)(sai)的(de)(de)往復(fu)運(yun)動方向與缸體中心軸平行(xing)的(de)(de)柱(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)(sai)泵(beng)(beng)。軸向柱(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)(sai)泵(beng)(beng)利用與傳(chuan)動軸平行(xing)的(de)(de)柱(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)(sai)在柱(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)(sai)孔(kong)內(nei)往復(fu)運(yun)動所產(chan)生的(de)(de)容(rong)積變化來(lai)進行(xing)工作的(de)(de)。由于(yu)柱(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)(sai)和柱(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)(sai)孔(kong)都(dou)是圓形零(ling)件,加工時(shi)可以達(da)到(dao)很高(gao)的(de)(de)精度配合,因(yin)此容(rong)積效率高(gao)。 直軸斜盤式 直軸(zhou)斜盤式柱(zhu)塞(sai)泵分(fen)為壓(ya)(ya)力供油(you)型和自吸油(you)型兩種。壓(ya)(ya)力供油(you)型液壓(ya)(ya)泵大(da)都(dou)是采(cai)用有(you)氣壓(ya)(ya)的(de)油(you)箱(xiang),靠氣壓(ya)(ya)供油(you)的(de)液壓(ya)(ya)油(you)箱(xiang),在每次啟動機器(qi)之后(hou),必須等液壓(ya)(ya)漬箱(xiang)達到使用氣壓(ya)(ya)后(hou),才(cai)能操作機械。如液壓(ya)(ya)油(you)箱(xiang)的(de)氣壓(ya)(ya)不足時就啟動機器(qi),會對(dui)液壓(ya)(ya)泵內(nei)(nei)的(de)與滑(hua)靴造成拉(la)脫現象,出(chu)會造成泵體(ti)內(nei)(nei)回程板(ban)與壓(ya)(ya)板(ban)的(de)非(fei)正(zheng)常磨損。 徑向式
