臥式柱塞泵 臥(wo)式柱塞(sai)泵(beng)是(shi)由(you)幾個(ge)柱塞(sai)(一(yi)般為3個(ge)或6個(ge))并列安裝(zhuang)(zhuang),用1根曲(qu)軸(zhou)通過(guo)連桿滑塊或由(you)偏(pian)心軸(zhou)直接推動(dong)柱塞(sai)做往(wang)復(fu)運動(dong),實現吸、排液體的液壓(ya)泵(beng)。它們也都(dou)采用閥(fa)式配流裝(zhuang)(zhuang)置,而(er)且大多為定量泵(beng)。煤礦(kuang)液壓(ya)支架系統中的乳化液泵(beng)一(yi)般都(dou)是(shi)臥(wo)式柱塞(sai)泵(beng)。 乳化(hua)液泵用于采(cai)煤工作面,為液壓支(zhi)架提供乳化(hua)液,工作原理靠(kao)曲軸的旋轉帶(dai)動活塞做往(wang)復運(yun)動,實現(xian)吸(xi)液和排液。 軸向式 軸(zhou)向柱(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)泵(beng)(beng)(英文名(ming):Piston pump)是活塞(sai)(sai)或柱(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)的(de)(de)往復運動(dong)方向與(yu)缸體中心軸(zhou)平(ping)行的(de)(de)柱(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)泵(beng)(beng)。軸(zhou)向柱(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)泵(beng)(beng)利用與(yu)傳動(dong)軸(zhou)平(ping)行的(de)(de)柱(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)在柱(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)孔內往復運動(dong)所產生(sheng)的(de)(de)容積(ji)變化來進行工作的(de)(de)。由于柱(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)和柱(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)孔都是圓形(xing)零件(jian),加工時可(ke)以達到很高(gao)的(de)(de)精度(du)配(pei)合,因此容積(ji)效率(lv)高(gao)。 直軸斜盤式 直軸斜盤式(shi)柱塞(sai)泵(beng)分為壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力供(gong)油(you)型(xing)和自吸(xi)油(you)型(xing)兩(liang)種。壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)力供(gong)油(you)型(xing)液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)泵(beng)大(da)都是采用有(you)氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)的(de)油(you)箱,靠氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)供(gong)油(you)的(de)液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)油(you)箱,在每次(ci)啟動機(ji)器之后(hou),必須等液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)漬箱達(da)到使(shi)用氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)后(hou),才能(neng)操作機(ji)械。如液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)油(you)箱的(de)氣壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)不足(zu)時就啟動機(ji)器,會(hui)對液(ye)壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)泵(beng)內(nei)的(de)與滑靴造(zao)成拉脫現(xian)象(xiang),出會(hui)造(zao)成泵(beng)體內(nei)回程板(ban)與壓(ya)(ya)(ya)(ya)板(ban)的(de)非(fei)正常磨損。
