威格士柱(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)泵(beng)柱(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)往復運(yun)(yun)動(dong)總行(xing)程L是不(bu)變的(de)(de)(de),由凸輪的(de)(de)(de)升程決(jue)(jue)定(ding)。柱(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)每(mei)循環的(de)(de)(de)供(gong)油量(liang)大小取決(jue)(jue)于供(gong)油行(xing)程,供(gong)油行(xing)程不(bu)受凸輪軸控制是可變的(de)(de)(de)。供(gong)油開始(shi)時刻(ke)不(bu)隨供(gong)油行(xing)程的(de)(de)(de)變化(hua)(hua)而變化(hua)(hua)。轉動(dong)柱(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)可改(gai)變供(gong)油終(zhong)了(le)時刻(ke),從而改(gai)變供(gong)油量(liang)。柱(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)泵(beng)工作(zuo)(zuo)時,在噴油泵(beng)凸輪軸上的(de)(de)(de)凸輪與柱(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)彈簧的(de)(de)(de)作(zuo)(zuo)用下,迫使(shi)柱(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)作(zuo)(zuo)上、下往復運(yun)(yun)動(dong),從而完(wan)成泵(beng)油任務,泵(beng)油過(guo)程可分為以下三個階(jie)段。 進油過程 當(dang)凸輪的(de)凸起部分(fen)轉過去后,在(zai)(zai)彈簧力的(de)作(zuo)用下(xia),柱塞向下(xia)運動,柱塞上(shang)部空間(稱為(wei)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)油(you)(you)室)產(chan)生真空度,當(dang)柱塞上(shang)端面(mian)把柱塞套上(shang)的(de)進(jin)油(you)(you)孔(kong)打開后,充(chong)滿在(zai)(zai)油(you)(you)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)上(shang)體(ti)油(you)(you)道內的(de)柴(chai)油(you)(you)經油(you)(you)孔(kong)進(jin)入泵(beng)(beng)(beng)油(you)(you)室,柱塞運動到下(xia)止點,進(jin)油(you)(you)結(jie)束。 供油過程 當(dang)凸(tu)(tu)輪軸轉(zhuan)到(dao)凸(tu)(tu)輪的(de)(de)凸(tu)(tu)起部分頂(ding)(ding)起滾輪體時,柱(zhu)塞(sai)彈(dan)簧被壓(ya)縮,柱(zhu)塞(sai)向上運動,燃油(you)(you)(you)(you)受壓(ya),一(yi)部分燃油(you)(you)(you)(you)經油(you)(you)(you)(you)孔(kong)流(liu)回(hui)噴油(you)(you)(you)(you)泵(beng)上體油(you)(you)(you)(you)腔(qiang)。當(dang)柱(zhu)塞(sai)頂(ding)(ding)面遮住套筒上進(jin)(jin)油(you)(you)(you)(you)孔(kong)的(de)(de)上緣時,由于柱(zhu)塞(sai)和套筒的(de)(de)配(pei)合間隙很小(0.0015-0.0025mm)使柱(zhu)塞(sai)頂(ding)(ding)部的(de)(de)泵(beng)油(you)(you)(you)(you)室成(cheng)為一(yi)個密封油(you)(you)(you)(you)腔(qiang),柱(zhu)塞(sai)繼續上升,泵(beng)油(you)(you)(you)(you)室內的(de)(de)油(you)(you)(you)(you)壓(ya)迅速升高(gao),泵(beng)油(you)(you)(you)(you)壓(ya)力(li)>出油(you)(you)(you)(you)閥(fa)(fa)彈(dan)簧力(li)+高(gao)壓(ya)油(you)(you)(you)(you)管剩余壓(ya)力(li)時,推(tui)開出油(you)(you)(you)(you)閥(fa)(fa),高(gao)壓(ya)柴油(you)(you)(you)(you)經出油(you)(you)(you)(you)閥(fa)(fa)進(jin)(jin)入高(gao)壓(ya)油(you)(you)(you)(you)管,通過(guo)噴油(you)(you)(you)(you)器噴入燃燒室。 回油過程 柱塞向上(shang)供(gong)油(you),當(dang)(dang)上(shang)行(xing)(xing)(xing)到(dao)柱塞上(shang)的(de)(de)斜(xie)槽(停(ting)供(gong)邊)與(yu)套筒上(shang)的(de)(de)回油(you)孔相通(tong)時,泵油(you)室低壓油(you)路便(bian)與(yu)柱塞頭部的(de)(de)中孔和徑向孔及斜(xie)槽溝通(tong),油(you)壓驟然下(xia)降(jiang),出油(you)閥(fa)在彈簧(huang)力的(de)(de)作用下(xia)迅(xun)速關閉,停(ting)止供(gong)油(you)。此后柱塞還(huan)要上(shang)行(xing)(xing)(xing),當(dang)(dang)凸輪的(de)(de)凸起部分轉過去后,在彈簧(huang)的(de)(de)作用下(xia),柱塞又下(xia)行(xing)(xing)(xing)。此時便(bian)開始了下(xia)一個循環。 柱(zhu)(zhu)塞(sai)泵以(yi)一個(ge)(ge)柱(zhu)(zhu)塞(sai)為原理介紹,一個(ge)(ge)柱(zhu)(zhu)塞(sai)泵上有兩個(ge)(ge)單(dan)向(xiang)閥,并且(qie)方(fang)向(xiang)相(xiang)反,柱(zhu)(zhu)塞(sai)向(xiang)一個(ge)(ge)方(fang)向(xiang)運(yun)動(dong)時(shi)缸內出(chu)現負壓(ya)(ya),這(zhe)時(shi)一個(ge)(ge)單(dan)向(xiang)閥打開(kai)液(ye)體(ti)被吸入(ru)缸內,柱(zhu)(zhu)塞(sai)向(xiang)另一個(ge)(ge)方(fang)向(xiang)運(yun)動(dong)時(shi),將液(ye)體(ti)壓(ya)(ya)縮后(hou)另一個(ge)(ge)單(dan)向(xiang)閥被打開(kai),被吸入(ru)缸內的液(ye)體(ti)被排出(chu)。這(zhe)種工作方(fang)式連續(xu)運(yun)動(dong)后(hou)就形成了連續(xu)供油 ②直軸斜盤式柱塞泵
