威格士柱(zhu)塞泵(beng)柱(zhu)塞往復(fu)運(yun)動總行(xing)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)L是不變(bian)的(de)(de),由凸(tu)輪的(de)(de)升程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)決(jue)定。柱(zhu)塞每循環(huan)的(de)(de)供(gong)(gong)油(you)量(liang)大小取決(jue)于(yu)供(gong)(gong)油(you)行(xing)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng),供(gong)(gong)油(you)行(xing)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)不受凸(tu)輪軸控(kong)制是可變(bian)的(de)(de)。供(gong)(gong)油(you)開(kai)始時刻不隨(sui)供(gong)(gong)油(you)行(xing)程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)的(de)(de)變(bian)化(hua)而(er)(er)變(bian)化(hua)。轉動柱(zhu)塞可改變(bian)供(gong)(gong)油(you)終(zhong)了時刻,從而(er)(er)改變(bian)供(gong)(gong)油(you)量(liang)。柱(zhu)塞泵(beng)工作(zuo)時,在噴油(you)泵(beng)凸(tu)輪軸上(shang)的(de)(de)凸(tu)輪與柱(zhu)塞彈(dan)簧的(de)(de)作(zuo)用下(xia),迫使柱(zhu)塞作(zuo)上(shang)、下(xia)往復(fu)運(yun)動,從而(er)(er)完(wan)成泵(beng)油(you)任務,泵(beng)油(you)過程(cheng)(cheng)(cheng)可分(fen)為以下(xia)三個階段(duan)。 進油過程 當凸輪的凸起部(bu)分轉過去后(hou),在(zai)彈簧力的作用下,柱(zhu)(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)向下運(yun)動,柱(zhu)(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)上(shang)(shang)部(bu)空間(jian)(稱為泵油(you)室)產(chan)生真空度(du),當柱(zhu)(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)上(shang)(shang)端(duan)面把柱(zhu)(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)套上(shang)(shang)的進油(you)孔打開后(hou),充(chong)滿在(zai)油(you)泵上(shang)(shang)體油(you)道內的柴油(you)經油(you)孔進入(ru)泵油(you)室,柱(zhu)(zhu)塞(sai)(sai)運(yun)動到下止點(dian),進油(you)結束。 供油過程 當凸(tu)輪(lun)軸轉到(dao)凸(tu)輪(lun)的(de)凸(tu)起部(bu)(bu)分頂起滾輪(lun)體時,柱塞(sai)彈(dan)簧被壓(ya)縮,柱塞(sai)向上運動,燃油(you)(you)(you)受壓(ya),一(yi)部(bu)(bu)分燃油(you)(you)(you)經油(you)(you)(you)孔(kong)流回噴油(you)(you)(you)泵上體油(you)(you)(you)腔(qiang)。當柱塞(sai)頂面遮住套筒上進油(you)(you)(you)孔(kong)的(de)上緣時,由于柱塞(sai)和套筒的(de)配合(he)間隙很小(0.0015-0.0025mm)使柱塞(sai)頂部(bu)(bu)的(de)泵油(you)(you)(you)室成為一(yi)個(ge)密封油(you)(you)(you)腔(qiang),柱塞(sai)繼(ji)續上升,泵油(you)(you)(you)室內的(de)油(you)(you)(you)壓(ya)迅速升高,泵油(you)(you)(you)壓(ya)力>出油(you)(you)(you)閥(fa)彈(dan)簧力+高壓(ya)油(you)(you)(you)管剩(sheng)余壓(ya)力時,推開出油(you)(you)(you)閥(fa),高壓(ya)柴(chai)油(you)(you)(you)經出油(you)(you)(you)閥(fa)進入(ru)高壓(ya)油(you)(you)(you)管,通過噴油(you)(you)(you)器噴入(ru)燃燒(shao)室。 回油過程 柱(zhu)塞向(xiang)(xiang)上(shang)供(gong)(gong)油(you),當上(shang)行到(dao)柱(zhu)塞上(shang)的(de)(de)斜槽(cao)(停供(gong)(gong)邊)與套筒上(shang)的(de)(de)回油(you)孔相通(tong)時,泵油(you)室低壓(ya)油(you)路便與柱(zhu)塞頭(tou)部的(de)(de)中(zhong)孔和徑向(xiang)(xiang)孔及斜槽(cao)溝通(tong),油(you)壓(ya)驟然下降,出(chu)油(you)閥在(zai)彈(dan)簧(huang)力的(de)(de)作(zuo)用下迅速關閉,停止(zhi)供(gong)(gong)油(you)。此后(hou)柱(zhu)塞還要上(shang)行,當凸輪的(de)(de)凸起部分(fen)轉過去后(hou),在(zai)彈(dan)簧(huang)的(de)(de)作(zuo)用下,柱(zhu)塞又下行。此時便開始了(le)下一(yi)個循環。 柱塞泵以一個柱塞為原理介紹,一個柱塞泵上有兩個單向閥,并且方向相反,柱塞向一個方向運動時缸內出現負壓,這時一個單向閥打開液體被吸入缸內,柱塞向另一個方向運動時,將液體壓縮后另一個單向閥被打開,被吸入缸內的液體被排出。這種工作方式連續運動后就形成了連續供油 。 VICKERS柱塞泵的機械分類: ①軸向柱塞泵 軸(zhou)向柱塞(sai)(sai)(sai)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)是(shi)(shi)活塞(sai)(sai)(sai)或(huo)柱塞(sai)(sai)(sai)的(de)往(wang)復(fu)運(yun)動(dong)方(fang)向與(yu)(yu)缸體中(zhong)心軸(zhou)平行的(de)柱塞(sai)(sai)(sai)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)。軸(zhou)向柱塞(sai)(sai)(sai)泵(beng)(beng)(beng)是(shi)(shi)利用與(yu)(yu)傳動(dong)軸(zhou)平行的(de)柱塞(sai)(sai)(sai)在柱塞(sai)(sai)(sai)孔內往(wang)復(fu)運(yun)動(dong)所產生的(de)容(rong)積變化來進行工作(zuo)的(de)。由于柱塞(sai)(sai)(sai)和柱塞(sai)(sai)(sai)孔都是(shi)(shi)圓形零件(jian),加(jia)工時可以(yi)達到(dao)很高的(de)精度(du)配合,因此容(rong)積效率高,運(yun)轉平穩,流量均勻性(xing)好,噪聲(sheng)低,工作(zuo)壓(ya)力(li)高等優點,但(dan)對液壓(ya)油的(de)污(wu)染(ran)較敏(min)感,結構較復(fu)雜,造價較高。 ②直軸斜盤式柱塞泵
