定(ding)壓溢(yi)流(liu)作用(yong):在定(ding)量(liang)(liang)(liang)泵節流(liu)調節系(xi)統(tong)中,定(ding)量(liang)(liang)(liang)泵提供的是恒定(ding)流(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)。當(dang)系(xi)統(tong)壓力(li)(li)增大時,會使流(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)需求減小。此時溢(yi)流(liu)閥開啟,使多余流(liu)量(liang)(liang)(liang)溢(yi)回油箱,保證溢(yi)流(liu)閥進口壓力(li)(li),即泵出(chu)口壓力(li)(li)恒定(ding)(閥口常隨壓力(li)(li)波動開啟)。 穩(wen)壓作用:溢流(liu)閥(fa)串(chuan)聯在(zai)回(hui)油(you)路上,溢流(liu)閥(fa)產(chan)生背壓,運動(dong)部件平穩(wen)性增加。 系(xi)統卸荷作(zuo)用:在(zai)溢流閥的(de)遙控口串(chuan)接溢小流量的(de)電磁閥,當電磁鐵通(tong)(tong)電時,溢流閥的(de)遙控口通(tong)(tong)油(you)箱,此時液壓泵卸荷。溢流閥此時作(zuo)為卸荷閥使用。
