【1】力士樂直動式電磁閥工作原理: 通電時,電磁(ci)(ci)線圈(quan)產生電磁(ci)(ci)力(li)把(ba)關閉件(jian)從閥(fa)(fa)座(zuo)上提起,閥(fa)(fa)門打開(kai);斷電時,電磁(ci)(ci)力(li)消失,彈簧(huang)把(ba)關閉件(jian)壓在閥(fa)(fa)座(zuo)上,閥(fa)(fa)門關閉。 它是(shi)一種直動(dong)式和(he)先(xian)(xian)導(dao)式相(xiang)結合的原理。常(chang)閉式---當入口(kou)與(yu)出(chu)口(kou)沒有壓(ya)(ya)差時,通電(dian)(dian)后(hou)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)力(li)直接(jie)打開(kai)(kai)先(xian)(xian)導(dao)孔連接(jie)主閥(fa)活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)依次(ci)向(xiang)上提起,閥(fa)門打開(kai)(kai);當入口(kou)與(yu)出(chu)口(kou)達到啟動(dong)壓(ya)(ya)差時,通電(dian)(dian)后(hou),電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)力(li)先(xian)(xian)打開(kai)(kai)先(xian)(xian)導(dao)孔,主閥(fa)活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)上腔(qiang)壓(ya)(ya)力(li)下降(jiang),從而利用壓(ya)(ya)差和(he)電(dian)(dian)磁(ci)力(li)拉動(dong)主活(huo)(huo)塞(sai),閥(fa)口(kou)打開(kai)(kai);斷電(dian)(dian)時,靠彈簧復(fu)位關(guan)閉先(xian)(xian)導(dao)孔,主活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)上腔(qiang)增壓(ya)(ya),推(tui)動(dong)主活(huo)(huo)塞(sai)向(xiang)下移動(dong),閥(fa)關(guan)閉。常(chang)開(kai)(kai)式與(yu)常(chang)閉式相(xiang)反(fan)。 【3】力士樂先(xian)導式電磁閥工作原理: 常閉(bi)(bi)式---通電時,電磁(ci)力(li)吸合先(xian)導(dao)孔(kong)(kong)閥芯,先(xian)導(dao)孔(kong)(kong)打(da)開,主(zhu)閥活塞上(shang)(shang)腔壓力(li)下(xia)(xia)(xia)降,在主(zhu)活塞上(shang)(shang)腔和(he)下(xia)(xia)(xia)腔形成(cheng)上(shang)(shang)低下(xia)(xia)(xia)高的壓力(li),這樣下(xia)(xia)(xia)腔壓力(li)推(tui)動主(zhu)活塞打(da)開閥門;斷電時,彈(dan)簧力(li)復位(wei)關閉(bi)(bi)先(xian)導(dao)孔(kong)(kong),主(zhu)活塞上(shang)(shang)腔增壓,在主(zhu)活塞上(shang)(shang)腔和(he)下(xia)(xia)(xia)腔形成(cheng)上(shang)(shang)高下(xia)(xia)(xia)低的壓力(li),介質壓力(li)和(he)彈(dan)簧力(li)推(tui)動主(zhu)活塞,閥關閉(bi)(bi)。常開式與(yu)常閉(bi)(bi)式相反。 【4】力士樂膜片式電磁(ci)閥工作原理: 通電時(shi),電磁力(li)把(ba)先導(dao)孔打開,上腔室壓(ya)力(li)迅速下(xia)降,在關閉(bi)(bi)件(jian)周(zhou)圍形成(cheng)上低下(xia)高的壓(ya)差(cha),流體(ti)(ti)壓(ya)力(li)推(tui)動(dong)關閉(bi)(bi)件(jian)向(xiang)上移(yi)(yi)動(dong),閥(fa)(fa)門打開;斷電時(shi),彈簧(huang)力(li)把(ba)先導(dao)孔關閉(bi)(bi),入口壓(ya)力(li)通過旁通孔迅速腔室在關閥(fa)(fa)件(jian)周(zhou)圍形成(cheng)下(xia)低上高的壓(ya)差(cha),流體(ti)(ti)壓(ya)力(li)推(tui)動(dong)關閉(bi)(bi)件(jian)向(xiang)下(xia)移(yi)(yi)動(dong),關閉(bi)(bi)閥(fa)(fa)門。
