4、注意減(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)閥(fa)(fa)的(de)減(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)保(bao)障(zhang)系統(tong)。無論選用(yong)比例(li)式還(huan)是(shi)可調式減(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)閥(fa)(fa),其減(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)比P1∶P2不宜(yi)選擇過大,一般應(ying)控制在5∶1之內。超過這個范圍易產生(sheng)氣蝕現象,損(sun)壞閥(fa)(fa)件(jian),產生(sheng)嘯叫(jiao)噪(zao)音。有些活塞式減(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)閥(fa)(fa),制造廠在其閥(fa)(fa)體上加工一個直徑(jing)1.5mm左(zuo)右的(de)小(xiao)(xiao)孔(kong),其功能(neng)是(shi)讓閥(fa)(fa)芯運動時起到透吸氣作用(yong),維護管理時應(ying)注意千萬不要將小(xiao)(xiao)孔(kong)塞住(zhu),否則影響(xiang)減(jian)(jian)(jian)壓(ya)閥(fa)(fa)的(de)正常運行(xing)。 5、加強(qiang)減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)保障系統的(de)管理xun視,要注意觀察減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)本身(shen)的(de)工作(zuo)動態。閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)前、閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)后壓(ya)(ya)力數值(zhi)接近,表明(ming)減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)本身(shen)已(yi)存(cun)在故障。即活塞(sai)式(shi)減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)的(de)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)芯與閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)體(ti)間的(de)平面密(mi)封橡膠件損(sun)(sun)壞;薄膜式(shi)可(ke)調型(xing)減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)主閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)膜片有(you)裂痕和(he)O型(xing)圈損(sun)(sun)壞,及導閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)連通管堵塞(sai),造成減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)作(zuo)用(yong)削(xue)弱(ruo)或者失效。這(zhe)對分區管網(wang)危(wei)害極大(da),特別是許多用(yong)水(shui)設(she)備可(ke)能因(yin)超壓(ya)(ya)力而出(chu)現(xian)爆管,必須及時(shi)修(xiu)復。比例式(shi)(活塞(sai)型(xing))減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)體(ti)上的(de)透吸氣(qi)小孔如(ru)出(chu)現(xian)滴(di)漏不止(zhi),表明(ming)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)芯上幾檔O型(xing)密(mi)封圈已(yi)經磨損(sun)(sun),要更換密(mi)封件。但在修(xiu)理拆裝減(jian)(jian)壓(ya)(ya)元件時(shi),要謹慎細心(xin),調換內(nei)密(mi)封件;清理雜物(wu)時(shi),應(ying)因(yin)勢利導,不要用(yong)金屬棒(bang)、硬梗(geng)撬閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)的(de)活動部位,使用(yong)木(mu)榔(lang)頭和(he)木(mu)柄敲(qiao)擊震(zhen)動,慢慢拆卸閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)內(nei)部件。修(xiu)理完(wan)畢后重新安裝時(shi),一定要和(he)閥(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)(fa)門(men)上的(de)流向指示(shi)保持*。 6、注意檢查比例式減壓(ya)閥的(de)(de)安裝(zhuang)位置。高層內(nei)(nei)減壓(ya)閥設計(ji)安裝(zhuang)的(de)(de)位置不妥,會出現減壓(ya)閥閥后壓(ya)力忽高忽低(di),管網(wang)壓(ya)力嚴重(zhong)偏離(li)允許范圍,伴隨毀壞淋浴器,水(shui)管爆裂和(he)損壞用戶(hu)水(shui)表等事(shi)故發(fa)生;有(you)時也會水(shui)流不暢,分區內(nei)(nei)出現無規律的(de)(de)斷水(shui)現象,影響(xiang)用戶(hu)用水(shui)。
